Kay Wilson Bolton
Kay has been in full-time real estate since 1976. She is certified competent in many areas of real estate. She is known for commitment to working early and late with have a very hands-on management style. She remains “first phone” on every transaction, and her market area is comfortably Ventura County.
She is certified in the following: Probate Real Estate Specialist, Seniors Real Estate, Divorce Transitions Professional, Residential sales. She holds two degrees: BS degree with a background in marketing and business administration from Cal Poly and a BA from the Master’s University in Newhall.
She received the “Champions of Home” award in 2015 and 2024 from the California Association of Realtors and the SPIRIT Award for 2014 from the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors. She has been twice-named named Realtor of the Year . In July of 2017, she was selected as one of five Realtors in the United States for her work with and commitment to serving the homeless population in her community and received the Good Neighbor Award from the Association of Realtors She served as Mayor for the City of Santa Paula and was selected as the Most Distinguished Alumnus for Cal Poly Pomona. She serves on the State Ethics Committee and the Association’s Committee for Diversity, Equity and Diversity.
She serves as Lead Chaplain to the Ventura County Fire Department.
She is the founder of SPIRIT of Santa Paula, an organization formed to prevent and end homelessness. She is the recipient of many honors and has authored a book, “Harvard Shelter. How Two Small Southern California Cities Saved Their Homeless Shelter.
